To be eligible to take the CSMP professional examination, you must first have completed a combination of eligible sustainability courses or certifications carrying a minimum total of 50 CPD Points.
The 50 CPD Points do not have to come from one course. You can combine different eligible programmes until you reach the required minimum.
For example:

This already exceeds the 50-CPD requirement, so the candidate is eligible to proceed to the CSMP examination. - Certified Carbon Accounting Expert (CCAE) + Certified Climate Finance and Investment Expert (CCFIE) = 40 CPD Points
This is below the required 50 CPD Points. The candidate can add another eligible programme, such as Introduction to Sustainability – 10 CPD Points, bringing the total to 50 CPD Points and making the candidate eligible for the CSMP examination.
No. There is no single compulsory combination.
What matters is that your eligible sustainability learning adds up to at least 50 CPD Points before you proceed to take the CSMP examination.
