CPG™ ROUNDTABLE 2026
About Event
The CPG™ Roundtable 2026 is a strategic leadership engagement convened to introduce and position the Construction Project GreenCard (CPG™) as a practical sustainability rating and certification framework for Nigeria’s built environment. The event brings together decision makers across government, finance, real estate, infrastructure, professional institutions, academia, and the private sector to examine how green building standards can be formalized, adopted, and integrated into project delivery and investment decisions.
This Roundtable is not only the launch of a new tool. It is a working platform for shaping implementation pathways, strengthening institutional alignment, and building market confidence around a localised framework that responds to the realities of construction, climate, and development in Nigeria, and across Africa.
CPG™ ROUNDTABLE 2026
About the Rating Tool
Construction Project GreenCard (CPG™) is a building sustainability rating and certification framework developed to support more responsible project planning, delivery, and performance assessment within the context of African construction markets. It is structured to reward measurable action across environmental performance, energy savings, water efficiency, climate resilience, technical performance, socio economic value, and the use of eco-friendly materials.
CPG™ has been designed to help project teams, clients, regulators, and market actors move from general sustainability ambition to a more structured and auditable project performance system.

The next phase of green building delivery starts here
The transition to better performing, climate responsive, and investment aligned buildings requires more than advocacy. It requires frameworks, institutions, evidence, and coordinated action. The CPG™ Roundtable 2026 has been convened to move that agenda forward through structured engagement and the formal launch of a rating system built for implementation.
Join us on 5th June 2026 as we launch Construction Project GreenCard (CPG™) and open a new chapter for sustainable building standards in Nigeria, and across Africa.
