GreenCard Certification International is pleased to announce the onboarding of Environas as an official GreenCard Certified Training Partner for the Certified Sustainable Interior Professional Course, (CSIP).
This new partnership brings together GreenCard Certification International’s professional certification framework and Environas’ technical expertise in sustainable design, interior architecture, building performance and environmental assessment, thus opening up a new learning pathway for interior designers, architects, engineers, project managers, developers and other built environment professionals seeking the technical competence required to deliver interior spaces that respond to sustainability, health, comfort and resource efficiency requirements.
The Certified Sustainable Interior Professional Course has been developed to move sustainable interior design beyond general awareness into practical project delivery.
Through the course, participants will learn how interior design decisions affect energy performance, indoor environmental quality, thermal comfort, lighting, acoustics, water efficiency, material selection, waste reduction and the overall environmental performance of buildings.
Participants will also examine how to apply sustainability principles in interior design projects, coordinate effectively with MEP, Contractors, and client teams integrate sustainability frameworks into real project workflows, understand how interior decisions impact building performance, make informed design trade-offs between cost, performance, and user experience, use digital and AI tools to support design decision-making.
As an authorised training partner, Environas will deliver the approved CSIP curriculum through instructor-led live sessions, practical exercises, technical demonstrations and project based case studies.
GreenCard Certification International will continue to oversee the professional examination, competency assessment, credential verification and issuance of the Certified Sustainable Interior Professional license.
Professionals who complete the course and satisfy the applicable examination and credentialing requirements will be awarded a professional license for sustainable interior practice.
